Welcome to St. Laurent at Waterpark Place Condominium Association


St. Laurent is a high-rise condominium located in the central portion of Pelican Bay off Pelican Bay Boulevard completed in 1997 and featuring 102 units and 5 penthouse condominiums. 

Floor Plans

Units range in size starting at 1,470 square feet of living space with two-bedroom floor plans and increasing in size to 2,515 square feet for the '01 stack offering three well-separated bedrooms.

St. Laurent Views

Views of the Gulf of Mexico start on about the fifth floor. Water views become more impactful with increased elevation. All stacks except the '03 stack also offer views of Pelican Bay from the backside of the units.

Ceiling Heights

Ceiling heights in St. Laurent penthouses and first-floor units are 10ft high. Heights in the remaining condos are 8ft with a one-foot drop in areas where air conditioning soffits exist like in the kitchen. New AC duct systems can tolerate a shorter clearance of 4 inches so ceilings can be raised up to eight inches in those areas. While raising ceilings is a costly improvement, it can make a dramatic difference depending on the floor height of a unit.

Amenities 

St. Laurent at Pelican Bay offers fabulous amenities including a fitness center, pool, spa, social room, library, two tennis courts, and two guest suites. New windows and sliders were installed in 2021/2022 and the building has been painted with a new updated paint color. Beach access directly off the pool deck is another terrific feature.

St. Laurent Common Areas and Lobby Renovation:

A thoughtful transformation designed to elevate the arrival experience, enhance community spaces, and position St. Laurent for the future.

In 2025, residents of St. Laurent approved an exciting new chapter for the community: a comprehensive renovation of the building’s lobby and first-floor common areas. Construction began in November 2025, and the project is progressing smoothly, remaining on schedule and on budget.  Estimated completion is for prior to season 2027.

This renovation thoughtfully reimagines the building’s primary shared spaces to meet modern standards while preserving the sophistication that defines St. Laurent. Each element of the design has been carefully considered to enhance comfort, functionality, and the overall experience of residents and guests. Highlights include:

Grand Lobby Redesign – An elegant new arrival experience with improved layout, lighting, and architectural detail.

Grand Salon Social Space – A welcoming gathering area featuring a new bar, updated kitchen, comfortable seating areas, and enhanced entertainment amenities.

Wellness Wing Modernization – A revitalized fitness and wellness area in the South Tower with updated equipment, flexible workout spaces, and new infrared saunas

At the heart of the project is the Lobby, the architectural centerpiece of the building. The redesigned space will elevate both aesthetics and flow, creating a welcoming arrival experience and a refined first impression for residents and guests.

The Grand Salon will serve as a vibrant social hub for residents, offering comfortable gathering spaces and amenities designed to encourage connection and community.
